Hi Pups and Kitties:
Here is a little update on the cookies my Mom made for me yesterday. If you looked at the recipe, it said to bake them at 375 degrees and be careful because they burn! If you bake them at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, the bottoms start browning, and then we took them out of the oven. They were not crunchy at this time. So we let them cool, and later on we turned the oven on to 200 degrees and put them back in. We let them sit in that not too hot oven while we watched some TV, then we just turned the oven off, and left them in while we went to bed. When we got up this morning they was just perfect for me, crunchy and full of peanut butter.
Oh, also the recipe said to grease the cookie sheet. We didn't do that because Peanut Butter is full of fat and they just came right off the pan easy.
We used a small, small jar to cut them with, like the little jar you get chopped pimientos in. So I got all these yummy little PB circles to eat for treatz. BOL!
Ali Z will be by later today, I guess she is sleeping in this morning!
Kisses,
Stella

Those look delicious. We let our peanut butter biscuits sit in the turned off oven for a couple hours and they crisp up, too.
Have fun munching on your treats.
