Year of the Bobcat 2010

Hi all you Pups and Kitties!

A while back, our friend KB of Romping and Rolling in the Rockies said she thought she would call 2010 the Year of the Bobcat.

Here is her reason:  "I hoped to find the strength, flexibility and resilience of our
magnifiicent wild felines as I navigate the path ahead of me, including spinal
surgery."

It occured to me that we could all use a bit of that in these seemingly precarious times,
and I asked Ann of Zoolatry to do her magic on a couple of Bobcat icons.

So if you would like to share in this, feel free to use either of the pictures you see
below on your blog.

Just choose the one you like best and let it remind you of getting along in a time where
some strength, flexibility and resilience can do you some good!

All good wishes,

Jo and Stella

Thanks for the reminder, we need to add that to our sidebar. KB is one amazing woman - such strength!!!

Woos, Phantom and Thunder

Pee Ess, you are so right about Phantom, but he just loves this variety of fish treats.

Strength, flexibility and resilience eh? Well I think I can aspire to the first and last, but flexibility? Mmmm, that might be a bit of a stretch for a breed of terrier known for stubborness. But if you say we should try to be flexible, dearest Stella, then we shall try!
Cheers, H.

I am honored that you've highlighted my Year of the Bobcat idea! Thanks to my many good friends.

One of those beautiful icons will adorn my blog, that's for sure!

Although I understand our friend KB, and I support her, I'm going to think a bit about this one. You see, where I live, Bobcats are a huge threat. I don't know how I'd feel having the beast stare at my from my blog. Let me do some thinking, kk?
