like harnessing
the tides or the wind,
how about attaching
dogs' tails
to power generators?
i want the job
of patting the dog
to keep its tail wagging.
dogs could generate
enough electricity
for cities, for countries---
light up the world!

I want the job of managing this place, to be sure all the pups got time off each day, good meals, a nice bed, the best treatment. And I'd like to be the chief petter, too!
What do you think of this idea, Stella?
It sounds OK to me, as long as the hours were short and the snooze time was long, Mom!
Kisses,
Stella and Mom

If we could harness puppy power we could take over the world!
Guess what? My mom person & I have created a new blog at www.PetBlogsUnited.com.
We'd love it if you would come over and check it out & become a member. It's a great new place for pet bloggers to find each other, and get an opportunity to be a featured blog!

Wild stuff! We were just discussing how to harness the ZOOM, while watching Sierra, Sammie and Avalon zooming around with each other trying to get the coveted orange ball! There is a LOT of power there :)
Nice to visit you again :)
Hugs and snaggle-tooth kisses,
Sierra Rose
That is a really super idea. My speciality is wagging my tail while doing a 'sit'. Especially energy efficient, no?
Toodle pip!
Bertie.
PS Stella - I would like Ludo to attend my science class, but am a little concerned that his grammar is not yet up to the high standards required for the course work....
Sounds like the perfect job!!
XOXO

What a great idea! MNum says I is already pretty good at dusting the fire mantle, so I could do it!
~lickies, Ludo
What a wonderful vision! I'd love that job too so we could share it! Then, there'd be plenty of snooze time for anyone.
Now that sounds like the perfect job doesn't it!!! What a great idea! Lots of love, Holly and mom
Ciara would be a major contributor to the energy production with her zoom zoom zoom behavior. TD says bring on the breaks with lots of treats. Phantom says he would like to be with Stella's Mom and provide her with lots of petting practice.

Hi Stella
Gail here. Listen, I have had a quiet word with Bertie about his 'snobby' attitude towards Ludo attending science class. I guess Bertie is too young to remember all Ludo's outstanding performances in his training videos. However, now that Bertie has seen the very intelligent comment Ludo made today, in which he - Ludo - showed a remarkably astute grasp of the lessons to be drawn from Monday's class, Bertie has agreed to relax his strict sign up criteria and welcome Ludo into the fold. Oh, and Bertie is also very worried now that he might have upset you, as he understands that you and Hamish were very close.
Cheers! Gail.
Pip could wag his tail and help the world. He creates a draft anyway.
I'll join and pass out treats! Gotta keep those tails fueled!
Sure, why not? But I would kind of worry about getting muscle tail from all that working out.
Slobbers,
Mango
It is a lovely idea!
The power of my wagging tail always puts a big smile on my mom's face!
Have a great weekend!

A while ago you kindly visited my blog. Thank you! Sorry it has taken so long to drop by... I have been shocking lately, so it has taken a while for me to get back on the computer and get into blogging and visiting animal blogs. I've negotiated more time on my Parental's computer... so I'll have more time to visit and catch up on what you are up to.

We are so THERE!!!!

Wonderful "poem/prose" that just says it all! You post the best things, Stella and Aly too!

Snooze time is VERY important.
Hi Ali Z!
What a terrific idea because then all of the shelter dogs would become terrifically valuable to everyone. And with you monitoring for appropriate breaktime, all dogs will be happy, healthy and safe.
Mom says our tails are dangerous. We know things off tables and hit people with them. They're like little whips. dad was napping on the couch the other day and Fudge tickled his face with his tail. He woke up sneezing. Ha!
