We are back, sort of!

We are really not fixed yet, but I am trying to keep reading as much as I can.  I cannot always comment, however, because it sometimes takes me 25 minutes for one comment (losing info, shutting down, what have you!)

One person I found on KB's site, whom I have really enjoyed is Amber who is the pawrent to Kona!   Kona was a very frightened dog, and since Stella is the first dog I have had to have debilitating fear (of storms!) I became very interested in her.
So I just wanted to tell you that Amber was able to get an entry ticket  for the New York City Marathon in November.  She will also be on LiveStrong's Team Fatty to raise money to fight Cancer while she trains! She says she is a hermit and will have a hard time raising the necessary $3,500 but she has already raised
$1,120 .  You all know how hard it is to raise the last dollars of a big pledge so go to Amber's fund raising
page and be a part of this great effort.  You can donate on-line or by printing a form and mailing it in.  You can also donate in memory of someone very special to you.  Amber will tell you more about this on her website.

My mother died of cancer when I was just an 18 month old toddler, and I have had the same type of cancer and surgery.  However I am in my 11th year of being cancer free.  to support this kind of activity is a real joy for me.  Send some money, but if you can't, just cheer Amber on in a comment to her blog.

This is Amber's pup, Kona.  You know what she would do, don't you?  She probably has her paws crossed for Phantom too!

I also wanted to tell you I now have Comment Moderation after getting tired of all the peoples who write strange things.

After all the writing of this (and nervously expecting it to disappear and it didn't), I am pretty happy.

Cheers and hugs and kisses,

Stella, Jo and Ali Zophia (Zkhat)

Goodness gracious, she has already gotten all the way past $1K? GOOD FOR HER! I donated, but think I might have to donate more!

Her mission to raise money and run in the marathon must hit close to home for you. Thank goodness that you've been cancer free for so long, I hope Amber's journey helps other people overcome their sickness too through research to find a cure!
