I gotta lake at the end of my driveway! We'll never get outta here!
The backyard looks a little better
and a whole lot like the same. But what you can't see is that this snow is full of water and weighs a zillion pounds on the end of a shovel. Not that we are out shoveling, no, we are waiting for a thaw to come along and take it away! I am sure we are not done with this little wet storm because it was predicted to go into Sunday as well. I hope it gets good and cold so our Driveway Lake Freezes up and we can get out if we want to! Our plow guy will probably come later today.
Such is the life in Minniesnowda and I bet Khyra wouldn't even like this stuff. But on the other paw, she probably would.
Everybuddy have a good weekend and I hope those Heelers in Texas that were having 70 degrees yesterday are still having fun in it!

We had a fun day watching TV and eating treats. We did go for a little ride but just to get more treats!
Wow, this looks more like an ocean to me! We're having a sun-shining day in SoCal for a change, so I'm sending some rays your way. Maybe they'll make the ocean disappear on it's own and nobody's going to pick up the heavy shovels. Stay dry/

Dry fluffy snow is much more fun than that wet heavy stuff. Bet that lake will become an ice skating rink.
You should come visit us. We've got TONS of snow (it has been snow ALL DAY!!!), but it's light and fluffy, not all wet and heavy. Much better for bounding in and out of! Hopefully you can enjoy it, and your humans don't kill themselves shoveling. (You live in Minnesota, right? Have they ever heard of a 'snow blower'? Just asking...)

Of course, we have heard of Snow Blowers and snow plows, however when the snow gets as wet and heavy as it is now, the
Snow Blower doesn't want to suck it up! Its just one of winter's tribulations!

Wow Stella, you DO have a lake at the end of your driveway!!! Your driveway also looks to have the same degree of slope as ours...NO fun when it is icy! The car doesn't make it up and the truck has to be in 4WD.
Stay safe and warm my sweet Stella. Maybe you could cuddle wiff Ali Z? Mom about fell over dis morning cuz Boomer and I were laying by the same heat vent!
