Hi Evfurry Body! Today was a nice day so my Mom and I went for walkies. I took her by Gretchen's so I could see all the little kids who live there. There are about seventy leven of them and they are almost all the same size. Guess what! No kids! My Mom says they are never there on the weakends and where do they go? She says they go with their families. Now I don't get it, they are cute little kids and only on the weakends they go home? Mom says No! Gretchen runs a daycare, when the pawrents go to work, all those little tykes go to the Daycare and go home at night. Whatta deal, we should do that and have all those little troopers around every day. Wouldn't that be fun? Why are you groaning, Mom?
Here is the story of Braveheart, my Mom's favorite plant. Her Aunty gave her this 18 years ago when she moved into this house and its right name is
a Bleeding Heart. She says it lives through the terrible winter, 25-40 below
zero and is the first thing to come up in the spring. But my Mom worries about it because it is so old, and wonders every spring if its going to come back. Well, here it is, so its coming and it will be pretty once we rake all the
mulch away! It used to get
so many flowers and was so beautiful people would stop and ask how she made it be so pretty. She says she told them the only thing she knew of was a little bone meal and Otis, the old Scottie guy who is gone now, used to pee on it every time they would go for a walkies! I don't think I would do that. . .
We saw four baby falcons today when the Mom got up and went someplace, she was only gone a minute, but those little white fluffy guys were all huddled together keeping warm. So cute! Go check out Khyra's Blog for the address to find these guys.
The Pointer Pandemonium guys are having a Naughty Dog contest. See who is the worstest of all you naughty pups. No, I will not be joining this one, I am a very good girl. I bet Dennis the Visla wins hands down! But thats just a guess, I don't know who could win.
I am wishing you all a happy week, and good weather, and lots of fun.
Kisses,
Stella

A beautiful weekend in MN.
Braveheart would not be in any danger here. Since I have specific spots that I water, and Brice only waters wherever I do. Though there is a tree in the backyard that Momma would love to have Brice kill.
Princess Eva
what a nice picture of you... will you see the little kids tomorrow? My mom goes to work on Sunday night - we didn't get to do much today.

Hi Stella! You had a full weekend!
Cute photo!
Stella Sis, this is were we differ... I would run and hide if I had to walk by kids!!! I sure as heck wouldn't suggest we bring a whole lot of them to MY house!! Maybe it's because we had different Mommy's... :)

I love the Braveheart story! We can ask Aunt Janet how to keep it strong and beautiful, if you'd like us to. She knows all kinds of garden stuff.

what a great story, Stella. As for this contest, I don't think I want to encourage Tanner to be naughty!!
We don't have anyone running a day care around our house, but we do have lots of kids that live on our street and play in the culd-de-sac right outside our front window. I sit on the couch and watch them.

Now braveheart is a very sweet plant - no peeing on it, Mom says. She loves them in a hanging pot but she never has any luck with those.
Glad you got to take Mom for a walk, but too bad the kidlets weren't there. If you need to see kidlets, come here during the week, there are way too many of them here in the pups' opinions.
Woos, the OP Pack
I liked the story of the bleeding heart plant very much!
Mum says they be a very beautiful plant, they had one in their old garden when she grewed up.
A great run down. I thought you could not possibly bad enough to enter the contest, hehe.
