Just a Pair of Pics

Hi Pups and Kitties!

We are having another Rainy
Day today, and Ali Z refused
the blog, so what to do? Pictures, of course.

Here is the first little bloom on our Hardy Geranium. We learned it is also called a cranesbill, and they come in lots of pretty variations. Its a
perennial.

Then next you see the crabapple tree in full blossom.
My Mom cut off the top with
the camera, and the blossoms
are very short lived. Then you see
them all over the grass!

We also have an apple tree that will be in full bloom too
and it smells very fine. The bees love it too.

So, no news is good news as they say!

Kisses,
Stella and that Crabby Cat

Hi Stella,

That tree is furry beayootiful.

I have to confess, I did de-stuff another pillow over the weekend, so maybe I still have a little work to do before I can be a full-time decorator.

Rain can be a lot of fun if mud can be found!

And thanks for the correction on Burns vs. Steinbeck. Can you tell our hu-dad was not a lit major?

Hey Stella.
Thanks for the pics. My favourite colour is green...so thanks! Here in Africa we have a tree called a 'Baobab'. There is one where mom grew up (North.SA) which is 100m in circumference....renders all us dogs confused as to which spot to choose.
Take a look: http://www.bigbaobab.co.za/

Ohhhh, we'd love to come and sniff your apple blossoms. We have our own tropical variety of blooms recently but none of them fruit bearing. But the smell is ever so nice.
