Sunday Snooze

Hello there K-9s and Kitties! Its sunny here today, but only 6 degrees so I am taking a nap until it warms up a little and then maybe we will go for a walk. I like to have my stuffees sleep with me and I think they like it too!
First of all, on the Ali Z front, I think things are getting better. The gate is always up but now she comes downstairs more and always finds me laying by the gate. She looks, and meows something to me, and thats it. But she didn't do it before! I don't understand meows and maybe she said, "Not in your lifetime, bozo, will you ever get closer to me" but maybe it was something nicer too. I will keep you up on this.
The snow thing: I get daily requests for snow from people in tropical kinds of countrys, like Malaysia and Oztralia, and there is little you can do, as I understand it, to get snow in those kinds of places WITHOUT a snow machine which Princess Eva and Brice recommend. Unless maybe your peoples would like to swap residences for the winter months. You and your family could come to Minnesota and live in our house and we could come to Malaysia or whatever tropical place you live in and stay in your digs for the winter. You have to discuss this carefully with your peoples though, and see if you want to be sitting on a snowbank all winter, paying heat bills that my Mom says are outrageous. I don't have any concern for them, whatever they are.
So thats the story for today. Happy Sunday to all you animals and humans,
with
Kisses!
Stella

Happy Sunday Stella! No more staged photos today, hehe you're onto us! I often wonder if some of our tropical blog buddies would like to swap for a few weeks....be so cool! Not too cold here today, just miserable, rainy & very windy!

Great concept Stella!
We love our snow but Momma says that we're willing to trade homes with anyone with warmer weather and an ocean.

Keep on working on Ali Z I think she will grow to like you. I has not had any snow but it is very cold.

I don't think a swap with us would help much - Vermont is almost as cold.
It's hibernation season zzzz

I'll swap with woo but other than that, I'll stay here...

Mom and I don't do heat and/or humidity well so Malaysia is WAY out of the running! I don't know how people and/or khanines khan do it!

Nice stuffie nap!

Wroo! You're making good progress with the c-a-t, Stella. I advise against rushing at them, it doesn't seem to work for me (although I can't seem to resist, either).

We've still got lots of snow, too. The Girl says she lived in Minnesota when she was a pup. That was seventy-eleven years ago, so I don't know if they even had houses then. She says they lived in Duluth.

Um, Stella, would it be okay if I sent you a pee-mail? I'm working on something for you, and when I get it done, I'm gonna send it to you. Okay? (Phew, that went better than I thought it would. I didn't think I'd even get the words out!)

Lots of brown dog kisses for you,
Dannan

I certainly do not speak cat, and I am guessing that Ali Z is probably saying something like, where did you come from and when are you leaving? I mean, that is what I thought about Tanner for a good 2 years.

Hey, Stella, woo are always welcome to come visit us. We don't want to swap residences, then woo wouldn't be there to play with us. Maybe we can get one of those snowmobiles like Asta has and come zooming up to your place for a long weekend. We might have to keep it quiet so the humans don't hear about it.

Hope it warmed up enough for a walk.

Woos, the OP Pack

Hi Stella, my name is Nala and I just found your blog! I think your idea to tarde digs with some of your tropical friends is a great idea! If only you didn't have to fly in the big, scary machines to get there though...hmmm, a kink that neeeds worked out. ;) Also, I love how you sleep with your stuffies...very cute! :)

Kisses,
Nala
